Jesus rested. He deliberately walked away from crowds that still needed healing to retreat, sleep, and pray.
You are not the Savior. You are a daughter. Stop trying to play the Holy Spirit in other people's lives.
Self-neglect is not a fruit of the Spirit. Setting yourself on fire to keep everyone else warm is a trauma response, not Biblical love.
Obedience disappoints. True obedience to God's calling will almost always require disappointing the expectations of man.
Resentment is a signal. If you're serving with a resentful heart, you're operating in the flesh, not grace.

1. Disconnect your identity from your output. You are loved when your hands are empty.
2. Define physical rest — rest is a physiological state of safety, not just sitting on the couch with a racing heart.
3. Schedule non-negotiable margin before you schedule your obligations.
4. Trust God's sovereignty. He can keep the universe spinning for 24 hours without your help.
