Content-to-Inquiry Starter Kit
Phase 1 of the 10-Phase Audience & Offer Roadmap. Three posts you can copy, a one-sentence offer, and a simple tracker to record inquiries and where people say they found you.
Keep this page bookmarked. In the print dialog, choose Save as PDF to keep an offline copy.
Stuck on what to say today?
When a blank post leaves you stuck, use this as a start. Swap in your real work, buyer, and next step.
"Not sure what happens before [the job]? We start with [your real first step]. We agree [what is included]. Want to ask about [the job]? [Your real next step]."
Read it once. Does each line match what you do? Cut what does not. Use it when it fits your offer. A post can invite a reply; it cannot promise one.
If someone asks about your work, keep one note: what they asked and where they found you. That one note is your whole tracker for Phase 1.
Your optional inquiry log
When a post gets likes but no one asks to buy, it is hard to know what to change.
The worked examples below are ready to read. Use the separate page to print, save, or add optional notes.
01 · Start with one clear offer
Before writing another post, make it possible for a buyer to understand the work and take the next step.
“We clean local offices. We agree the rooms, tasks, and visit frequency in a written quote. Ask for a walkthrough to get started.”
This is a fictional example. Replace it with your real work and scope. A useful opening line names the person, the work, and the action. Keep the price or the way you quote clear on the linked page.
No offer yet?
Begin with a job you can actually deliver for one kind of buyer. Before building a package, ask a potential buyer what they are trying to get done, how they handle it now, and what they need to know before hiring. Record the answer as said. A useful question is research; a guess about what they want is still a guess.
02 · Three posts with a purpose
Answer a buying question
“What happens before an office cleaning quote? We walk through the rooms, agree the tasks and frequency, and send a written scope. Ask for a walkthrough at the link.”
Show the process
“Before the first visit, we agree the room list and cleaning tasks in writing. Here is the checklist we use to discuss the scope. See how to request a walkthrough.”
Explain the offer
“Need an office cleaning plan? We quote the rooms, work, and visit frequency together. Send your location and ask for a walkthrough.”
All three are invented examples, not claims about your business. Publish only a process you use. A real customer question, a real process, and a clear offer give you different useful starting points without inventing a customer story.
Optional: track where a click came from
03 · Give the link a source
Choose a relevant page with a visible next action. Use Google’s Campaign URL Builder to add a source, medium, and campaign. For example:
https://example.com/office-cleaning?utm_source=instagram&utm_medium=organic_social&utm_campaign=office_cleaning&utm_content=quote_questionThis is a demonstration URL, not a working offer. Use your own domain and stable names. Do not put names, emails, or private client details in tracking links. Link clicks are one stage, not proof of an inquiry or sale.
Optional: keep a fuller inquiry log
04 · Record what actually happens
| Record | Keep separately |
|---|---|
| Post and link | Date, topic, placement, tagged URL |
| Visit | Tagged page traffic where available |
| Inquiry | Date, service requested, reported source |
| Booking | Actual booking linked to the inquiry |
| Return visit or purchase | Actual customer record and date |
Ask “How did you hear about us?” when it fits the conversation. A source may be missing or self-reported. Check the same stages over time before changing the offer. Analytics, consent choices, and off-platform conversations limit what you can connect. Do not add clicks to inquiries or call a returning follower a repeat customer.
Content creation, analytics setup, and audience or offer builds can need different work. Use the consultation to discuss which scope fits; this starter kit does not supply a managed campaign or promise repeat sales.
