1. Services

Kingdom Blueprint LLC provides faith-based Christian life coaching services, including but not limited to the Kingdom Breakthrough Session, business coaching, identity coaching, marriage and parenting coaching, and digital educational products ("Services"). All Services are based on the curriculum and methodology developed by Kingdom Blueprint LLC and its coaches.

2. Purchases, Payments, and Subscription Arrangements

Payment Authorization: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Payment is due at the time of booking. All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment processor (Stripe).

Invoice Agreement as Binding Electronic Execution: Payment of an invoice issued by Kingdom Blueprint LLC reflects immediate, binding agreement to the monthly billing arrangement stated and mutually decided upon by the two parties: Kingdom Blueprint LLC and the party identified on the invoice. Processing the first invoice or down payment constitutes explicit signature agreement to the exact payment structure, recurring frequency, open package balances, and subscription timelines detailed on the invoice.

Authorization for Stored Card Credentials: Processing the first invoice payment constitutes explicit consent and authorization for Kingdom Blueprint LLC to securely store your credit card, debit card, or other payment instrument data within our secure processor vaults for future payments. You explicitly authorize Kingdom Blueprint LLC to automatically charge this stored credential on a recurring monthly basis for the exact monthly subscription value stated on the invoice until the total open balance is satisfied in full. You reserve the right to pay off your open balance early at any time without penalty.

Chargeback Dispute Abuse Policy: In the event that the Client initiates a chargeback dispute or payment reversal with their issuing bank or credit card merchant network for any legitimate invoice payment or automated subscription installment, Kingdom Blueprint LLC reserves the right to immediately and permanently suspend all active coaching services, access to digital portals, and asset distribution pipelines without notice. Furthermore, the Client explicitly agrees to be held financially liable for any administrative fees, dispute fees, collection agency costs, and reasonable attorney fees incurred by Kingdom Blueprint LLC during the successful defense of a fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback claim.

Subscription Delinquency and Automated Processing Retries: If an automated monthly installment fails to clear on its designated billing date due to insufficient funds, card expiration, or account restrictions, our backend payment gateway (Stripe) will automatically execute consecutive billing retries over a 21-day window. Kingdom Blueprint LLC reserves the right to charge an administrative late processing fee of $35.00 for any recurring billing installment that remains delinquent for more than five (5) calendar days past the stated invoice timeline.

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.

Refund Policy: All sales for coaching sessions and digital products are final and non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a coaching session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us at support@KingdomBlueprint.com. Failure to provide 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and all materials provided during coaching sessions — including the curriculum, the Kingdom Thought Map framework, the Grace Reset Score methodology, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of Kingdom Blueprint LLC and are protected by United States copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

4. Client Responsibilities

You, the client, are solely responsible for your own results. Our coaching is designed to guide and support your personal growth, but your outcomes depend entirely on your own effort, commitment, and execution. You agree that Kingdom Blueprint LLC is not responsible for any decisions you make or actions you take as a result of our coaching.

5. Coaching Disclaimer

Kingdom Blueprint coaching services are not a substitute for licensed professional mental health care, therapy, medical advice, psychiatric treatment, or legal or financial counsel. Our coaches are not licensed medical professionals, therapists, or legal advisors. If you are in need of such services, we strongly encourage you to seek help from a qualified licensed professional.

6. 30-Day Service Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Any marketing offer or contract referencing a "30-Day Service Guarantee" is strictly subject to the following structural requirements. Kingdom Blueprint LLC reserves the right to review all performance parameters prior to issuing terms under this guarantee:

• The guarantee is performance-contingent and requires active compliance; it is not a "no-questions-asked" cancellation clause.
• To apply, the client must submit documented proof of absolute fulfillment, implementation, and tracking of all session assignments, action files, strategies, and tasks assigned by their coach during the active service period.
• Failure to attend scheduled calls, incomplete strategy sheets, or missing execution dates completely voids the 30-Day Service Guarantee.

7. Phase 1 Coaching Program — Additional Terms

Clients enrolled in the Phase 1 Business Coaching Program agree to the following additional terms:

• Total program investment: $25,000 USD. All assets vest only upon payment in full.
• Cancellation within 72 hours of initial payment: eligible for refund less a $500 non-refundable administrative fee.
• After 72 hours: all sales are final. No exceptions.
• Kingdom Blueprint LLC retains a 55% equity interest in the brand during the Active Membership period.
• Abandonment is defined as 14 days of no communication, 30 days delinquent on payments, or missing two or more self-disclosed payment dates.
• Unauthorized listing of partnership products on Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, or similar platforms without prior written approval is grounds for immediate termination and asset forfeiture.

The full Phase 1 Agreement governs all business coaching partnerships and supersedes these general terms where there is a conflict.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kingdom Blueprint LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website, services, or coaching materials.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona under American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. Exclusive venue: Maricopa or Pinal County, Arizona.

10. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to publicly disparage Kingdom Blueprint LLC, its officers, coaches, or affiliated brands during or after your engagement with our services.

11. Right to Terminate and Amend Services

Kingdom Blueprint LLC reserves the absolute, unilateral right to modify, amend, adjust, or completely terminate coaching services, packages, session schedules, and digital asset provisions at any time, for any business or performance reason, with or without prior notice. Kingdom Blueprint LLC reserves the right to cancel client contracts immediately and without warning for abusive behavior, non-cooperation, failure to maintain open communication, or defaulting on the timeline rules established via the billing invoice.

12. Changes to These Terms

Kingdom Blueprint LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
